This is a recipe from a friend in Mexico, great for using your tomatillos!
About 2 Lbs tomatillos
3 cloves garlic
Handful of cilantro
serano pepper
Jalapeño
Salt to taste
Avocados cut up in cubes
Blend all except avocado till frothy on top. Then add the cut up avocado when done. Keep avocado seed in the salsa ( helps it stay fresh while storing )
Use on tacos, eggs or anything you like!
